In keeping our tradition of being well armed to support our customers, Mr. Jan Masthoff, Sr. Manager (Products & Service) of Camag, Switzerland, came down for a 5 day training (Mon-Fri) for all our staff between June 02 to 06, 2008 at our Camag Switzerland recognized HPTLC Applications Research Centre in Mulund, Mumbai. The training was very intense and practical. IQ-OQ training was also given and all the nine staff members, who took the relevant exam, have now been qualified as ‘CCPS’ (Camag Certified Product Specialist), who can sign IQ-OQ documents, for Camag products.
