CAMAG SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAMME AT
ANCHROM SERVICE CENTRE, MUMBAI

The Business Policy of Anchrom is to give highest priority to after sales service and offer the highest quality of services to customers through a team of trained and dedicated experts.

Vision of Anchrom Service Department is to be the role model of after sales service support in the analytical instrument industry in terms of service and profitability.

The Mission of Service Department is to be a well staffed, well equipped, well experienced and trained team of engineers, responding to customer requests to his entire satisfaction from bases all over India. To maintain an up-to-date Service Centre in Mumbai.

To achieve this goal and in line with Anchrom’s business policy a special service training program was organized at Anchrom Service Center at Mumbai from 16 th May – 26th May 2005. The training was imparted by Mr. Andre Gschwind, Senior Service Manager, Camag, Swizerland, to all India Service Engineers team of Anchrom. Mr. Andre Gschwind is leading efficiently a Camag Service Team, and has a vast knowledge and experience in the field of HPTLC which he has acquired during last 16 years with Camag. He has an experience of conducting such successful training programes all over world.

Further advance training programes on IQ, OQ and 21 CFR part 11 will be conducted by Mr. Andre Gschwind, from CAMAG, Switzerland, at Anchrom Service Centre in the month  of September 2007
